1. Service Description

FactoryOS provides cloud-based manufacturing execution software (MES) for small manufacturers and job shops. Our platform includes work order management, production tracking, quality control, inventory management, and OEE analytics.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, ensuring accurate data entry, and complying with applicable manufacturing and industry regulations.

3. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

4. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to Professional tier features. No credit card is required for the trial. After the trial period, an active subscription is required to continue using the service.

5. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your manufacturing data. We do not sell or share your production data with third parties. You may export your data at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

FactoryOS is provided on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
